Qualifications

• 2–3 years in supporting teams in a facility’s, custodial, or janitorial environment.
• Ability to communicate job-site objectives and provide clear instructions to team members.
• Skilled in inspecting completed work to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist site employees by serving as a resource for their daily tasks.
• Communicate job-site objectives to team members using appropriate tools.
• Advise team on best practices for cleaning, safety, and compliance standards.
• Promote and uphold compliance with safety standards including OSHA, CDC, and sanitation protocols.
• Escalate employee-related issues to HR or management as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; provide guidance and support to existing staff.
• Promptly report all work-related injuries and identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a designated point of contact for new and current employees; foster a supportive workplace culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
