Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist site employees by serving as a helpful resource for daily tasks.
• Communicate job-site objectives to team members.
• Advise on cleaning, safety, and compliance best practices.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines including OSHA, CDC, and sanitation protocols.
• Escalate employee-related issues to HR.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Report injuries promptly and identify facility maintenance needs.
• Act as a point of contact and mentor for employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
