Qualifications

• Ability to clearly communicate job-site objectives to team members.
• Proven ability to inspect completed work for quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist site employees by serving as a helpful resource for daily tasks and work activities.
• Communicate job-site objectives to team members using appropriate tools and software.
• Advise team on cleaning, safety, and compliance best practices.
• Promote compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines including OSHA, CDC, and sanitation protocols.
• Escalate employee-related issues to HR or management.
• Promote company mission, vision, and values to maintain high service standards and team engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; provide guidance for successful integration.
• Report work-related injuries promptly and identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a designated point of contact or mentor for new and current employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
