RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Facility Based Crisis Registered Nurse to provide oversight and nursing care in a non-hospital crisis setting. This role supports individuals with behavioral health needs and substance use challenges in a facility-based program.
Ideal candidates are graduates with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, with strong listening, communication, and crisis-response skills. Full-time, on-site, with benefits and potential shift differentials for overnight/weekend hours.
We are hiring for: Facility Based Crisis Registered Nurse – Regular. This position is a member of a team that provides support, services, and treatments necessary to provide integrated care to individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders. Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons in a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox setting. All patients are voluntary and perform their own ADL’s. No physical or chemical restraints. Average length of stay of patients is 5-7 days.

Our ideal Registered Nurse has excellent listening and communication skills, can pick up on nonverbal communication and is eager to work on nonstandard nursing assignments.
