Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Facility Based Crisis Licensed Clinician to provide therapeutic services to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. The role engages with internal and external partners to coordinate care and support holistic treatment plans.

The position requires licensure (LCMHC or LCSW), a graduate degree in counseling or a related field, and experience with EMR systems. This on-site role includes driving requirements and safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare is required.
• Licenses include LCMHC and LCSW.
• General working knowledge of the human services delivery system is expected.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Serving individuals with a wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, families, and community.
• Supporting individuals with connections to services and referral for holistic treatment.
