Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Facility Based Crisis Licensed Clinician to provide therapeutic services, including assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy. The clinician will engage with individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health issues and coordinate with various care resources.

Qualified candidates will hold a graduate degree in Counseling or a related field and possess valid licensure for mental/behavioral healthcare. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions and supporting individual connections to services.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional with experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Ability to coordinate care with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in handling tasks on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services including assessments and therapy.
• Serve individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Facilitate relationships among stakeholders and organizations.

Skills

Experience in treating behavioral health issues

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Knowledge of the human services delivery system

Valid licensure in mental/behavioral healthcare

Education

Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
