RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Facility Based Crisis Licensed Clinician to provide therapeutic services, including assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy. The clinician will engage with individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health issues and coordinate with various care resources.
Qualified candidates will hold a graduate degree in Counseling or a related field and possess valid licensure for mental/behavioral healthcare. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions and supporting individual connections to services.
We are hiring for a Facility Based Crisis Licensed Clinician (Credentialed). This role requires a licensed professional clinician with direct experience and skill in treating a range of behavioral health issues, and involves active engagement and coordination of care with internal resources such as psychiatry and community support, as well as external bodies including the legal system, families, and social support agencies.
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 15 lbs. and occasionally pull at least 10 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop as part of regular job duties. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls. Required to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from floor level, which requires working on hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision. Must be able to talk and hear. Exception – Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs: For these programs only, employees must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and the requirement to talk and hear does not apply. Ability to meet the physical requirements of performing therapeutic holds.
