Job summary

City of Wentzville, Missouri, is seeking a Facility Attendant to join the Parks and Recreation team at Wentzville City Hall. The role involves cleaning, care, and maintenance of City facilities, plus assisting with meeting and banquet setups and inventory management.

You may perform preventative maintenance and light repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting) and work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred, or ability to obtain within 180 days of employment.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Prior banquet/event setup and tear-down experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, care, and maintenance of City facilities.
• Assist with meeting and banquet setups and inventory management.
• Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting).
• May work odd hours, including weekends, holidays, or evenings/nights.
