Graduate student employee (facility assistant) positions exist to provide customer service, technical assistance, marketing support, research, and/or security support functions for staff, faculty, students, and guests at St. Cloud State Twin Cities, located at North Hennepin Community College.
Monitoring Classes on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
Providing technical assistance for: 1) software, to include Zoom, Office 365 programs; 2) mobile devices to include laptops and iPads; 3) classroom/conference Room equipment
Tracking prospects and initiating communication flow
Assisting with program marketing, including social media
Conducting research for program directors as needed
Assisting guests with facility directions and Wi‑Fi access
Referring people to NHCC IT and/or St. Cloud Husky Tech as needed
Familiarity with information contained in the Twin Cities Emergency Procedures guide
Actions to facilitate security and safety in and around St. Cloud State Twin Cities at North Hennepin Community College
Creating documentation, as needed, for technology, safety, or security
Selling refreshments and stocking inventory
Attending job-related trainings as assigned
