You will drive to the site as part of the access control team, ensuring compliance with site policies and emergency procedures. The position requires a valid driver’s license and emphasizes customer service, teamwork, integrity, and reliability within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year law enforcement experience or 2 years security supervisor/manager experience or 3 years security experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, authorizations, and visitor/contractor documentation.
• Monitor entry/exit points, maintain access logs, issue/collect visitor badges, report discrepancies to site leadership.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and facility perimeter to identify unusual activity.
