Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Verify identification, credentials, authorizations, and visitor documentation before granting entry; maintain logs and issue visitor badges.
• Monitor access points and electronic access-control systems; report unauthorized access attempts and credential concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations, including alarms and emergency notifications, calmly.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
