Spire Global in Boulder is seeking a highly organized Facilities & Workplace Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, health and safety, and executive support. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and workplace services to deliver a safe, productive environment for a multi-site office.

This role blends facilities leadership with HR and administrative support, requiring strong project management, communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in facilities management or related role.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and workplace services.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of office facilities and workplace operations for the Boulder office.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, landlords, vendors, and service providers.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, security, access control, and improvements.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture, and inventory.
• Oversee workplace budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, catering, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure conference rooms and office spaces are maintained to a high standard.
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness planning.
