The Facilities Specialist I role supports the facilities team with work orders, space planning, stock replenishment, and vendor management in a fast-paced office environment.

This in-office position requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and collaboration with engineering and management to maintain and improve facilities,

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential and required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities team with work orders, space planning, and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and ensure high service levels.
• Maintain floorplans and office moves in collaboration with the facilities team.
• Support meetings and conference room reservations as needed.
• Report malfunctions to Facilities Manager and liaise with engineering as needed.
• Assist with events, moves of furniture/equipment, and site inspections.
