Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workspace changes, furniture moves, and reconfigurations.
• Assist coworkers relocating to the office with supplies and support.
• Assemble furniture using basic hand tools and install fixtures.
• Maintain stocked office and breakroom supplies; manage room setups.
• Receive and track deliveries; coordinate with vendors and staff.
• Support meeting room setups, events, and catering logistics.
• Escort visitors and coordinate with outside vendors for maintenance.
• Provide on-call support for urgent workspace needs; uphold safety protocols.
