Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to support one of our technology-sector clients in Tempe. This on-site role involves managing operations for office and lab spaces across about 15 sites, with local travel required.

You will liaise with vendors, track work orders, assist with repairs and preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, welcoming workspaces. You will perform routine site inspections, respond to inquiries, and help maintain service quality and adherence to procedures,

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting administrative or operational processes and vendor coordination is preferred.
• Proven customer service experience with a professional, responsive approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage open work orders to ensure timely completion and proper documentation.
• Travel to client sites in Tempe area for onsite support and services.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure compliance with procedures and expectations.
• Serve as the point of contact for site inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
