Responsibilities

• Utilizes Maintenance Connection to process work orders and review validity, accuracy, and justifications.
• Provide field support and training to staff across FM maintenance areas.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of work orders with FM administration and staff.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemails regarding maintenance requests and route them to proper personnel.
• Issue and track keys for Facilities Management staff and visiting contractors.
• Assist visitors and contractors with parking permits and campus directions.
