Responsibilities

• Assist Work Control in answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Receive and process service requests; create and route work orders.
• Respond to emergency calls; dispatch staff or contact agencies.
• Collect labor charges and billing receipts; close work orders.
• Follow departmental policies and provide accurate information to staff and clients.
• Support essential operations and may work outside regular hours during weather events.
