Job summary

TSMC is seeking a Facilities Water Engineer at our Phoenix, Arizona facility to own and manage ultrapure water and related systems, develop maintenance documentation, and coordinate with technicians and service providers. The role includes post-installation support, design input, and mentoring of junior engineers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related science, with preferred backgrounds in chemical or mechanical engineering, experience in water treatment,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related science field.
PE license preferred; chemical or mechanical engineering background preferred.
Experience with industrial water treatment and ultrapure water systems.

Responsibilities

Apply 6S methodology to improve efficiency and safety.
Support operational and maintenance issues during and after hours.
Review data to ensure equipment runs within specifications.
Develop PM/CM plans and SOPs.
Lead engagement with technicians and service providers.
Mentor junior engineers.
