Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Vendor Management professional to coordinate budgeting, contracts, and on-site vendor activities. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to prioritize multiple contracts while staying within budgets.

You will serve as primary contact for vendors, monitor contract renewals, and provide routine progress updates to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a vendor management role and project management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and execution of vendor services for campus operations.
• Monitor, maintain, and renew vendor contracts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for various vendors.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of on-site contractors.
• Provide routine updates to management on project progress.
• Manage entry of department equipment/supply orders.
