Responsibilities

• Maintain city structures, grounds and equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry tasks not requiring license.
• Assist and may direct Tradesworker I on job tasks.
• Complete inspections for defects and safety.
• Prepare repair status and activity logs.
• Respond to emergencies after hours.
