Responsibilities

• Lead lower level staff by prioritizing and assigning work, monitoring performance, and training.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as trash removal, cleaning, painting, furniture setup, and related duties.
• Respond to internal requests and emergencies to ensure safety of students and staff.
• Monitor contracted cleaning companies for compliance with standards.
• Maintain logs, forms, and written communications within area of responsibility.
• Maintain facilities, vehicles, and equipment; perform routine repairs and monitor inventory.
• Coordinate activities with external vendors performing maintenance or custodial work.
• Process shipping receipts, purchase orders, and bills of lading; manage inventory levels.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
