Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Marietta, GA is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Assistant to support our Plant Operations under the Maintenance Director. This hands-on role ensures facility reliability, safety, and comfort for residents.

The position runs Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm with rotating weekend on call. Requirements include a High School diploma, 2+ years in maintenance (LTC/Skilled Nursing preferred), and strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience.
• Experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing community preferred.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Knowledge of health care regulations (Federal/State/JCAHO) preferred.
• Ability to assist in Safety and Emergency Preparedness for the community.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written).
• Ability to foster teamwork.
• Experience with TELS Building Management system.
