A.G. Rhodes Cobb in Marietta, Georgia is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Assistant to support Plant Operations under the Maintenance Director. The role runs Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm with rotating weekend on call, enabling compassionate elder care in a non-profit community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required.
• One year of Maintenance experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community preferred.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep.
• Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred.
• Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written).
• Ability to foster teamwork with coworkers.
• Experience working with TELS Building Management system preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
