GGP Services Inc. seeks a Facilities Technician at The Brookfield Real Estate portfolio located in Richmond, VA. You will assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, maintenance standards, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to protect property assets.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing building systems, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, and supporting events. A high school diploma, 2–3 years’ experience, and a valid driver’s license are required; OSHA 10 or trade

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to communicate information clearly with management, employees, tenants, and external contacts.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings and comprehend instructions.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist with interior/exterior custodial duties and landscaping.
• Support setup of events and decor installations.
• Assist in snow removal and emergency planning with management.
