Brookfield Properties in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, standards, and preventive maintenance of property assets.

The role involves installing and repairing building systems, performing minor repairs to interior/exterior areas, and supporting event setup, custodial tasks, and snow removal as needed. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 2–3 years of maintenance experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of building maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA 10-hour certification is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist with events setup and decor.
• Assist with snow removal and custodial duties as needed.
• Engage with tenants and public; follow safety policies.
