GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist the Operations Manager in implementing safety plans, operating standards, and preventive maintenance for Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities include maintaining building systems, performing minor repairs, and supporting events.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA knowledge and Microsoft Outlook familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years building maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to read and interpret documents and plans.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• 2-year tech school graduate or trade certificate is a plus.
• OSHA 10-hour course is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Paint, drywall, lighting, plumbing, roof, and related tasks.
• Maintain inventory records, safety data sheets, and tools.
• Assist with event setup and decor installations.
• Perform custodial duties and manage waste/recycling.
