Job summary

Virgil's Real BBQ in Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Facilities Technician to install, maintain, and repair cooking and refrigeration equipment across multiple locations. The role requires 2–5 years of facilities management experience and the ability to troubleshoot and follow directions from leadership.

Strong English communication and on-call availability are essential. You will manage a team of three technicians and external crews, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of facilities management experience in hospitality or food service.
• HVAC/R, electrical and facilities maintenance expertise required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, plan, and communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Facilities Director to define processes, vendors and tools for multiple locations.
• Oversee internal team of technicians and external teams for repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, safety systems, and equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance of restaurant equipment.
