Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's physical condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks.
• Respond to service requests, document work and parts used, and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and prep apartments for turnovers.
• Provide strong customer service and professional interactions with residents and staff.
