Job summary

Onni Properties LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of a retail facility. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment per safety and preventive maintenance processes to support the site’s business goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service to tenants, and adherence to local safety regulations. Salary is $23–$25/hour with benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years general maintenance experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in organizing and planning.
• Working knowledge of power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work order requests and preventative maintenance tasks promptly and professionally.
• Identify and address repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, painting, exterior structure, and appliances under supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to proactively identify deficiencies and repairs needed.
• Assist with escorting vendors and contractors.
• Communicate with Facilities Supervisor about maintenance operations.
• Participate in safety, non-discrimination, and harassment training and compliance.
• Comply with health, safety laws and company standards.
