Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
• Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans mechanical, electrical and shop areas.
• Performs routine inspections and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to implement effective solutions.
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
