The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in industrial facilities maintenance, strong safety commitment, and solid customer service. Work involves rotating shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
• Ability to utilize CMMS software for work orders and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, pumps, motors, conveyors, fans, and other assets.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting on switches, lighting, relays, and low-voltage devices.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond to service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and ensure accuracy.
