Job summary

Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Facilities Technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of our retail facilities. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment per safety and maintenance processes to support site goals.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with the Facilities Supervisor to address repairs. Basic trade skills and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of the safe use of power and hand tools.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work with a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely, professional manner.
• Address repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, painting, exterior structural, and appliances under supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify deficiencies and necessary repairs.
• Escort vendors and contractors as needed.
