Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and assisting with equipment installation.

Hours include a 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday–Friday with occasional on-call support. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), be able to lift 50 lbs, and possess basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
