Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical and electrical systems while supporting energy management and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance, HVAC/EPA licenses, and CMMS experience. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; a diploma or trade education is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• HVAC, EPA, or related licenses are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect installations and diagnose problems; perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to ensure systems run efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures and exchange information clearly.
• Deliver outputs under supervision following established processes.
