Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician position responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring energy efficiency and safety across building operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
