Job summary

Arizona Liver Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep. You will coordinate with Facilities Managers, respond to issues, and support vendor services to keep facilities operational.

The role requires at least three years of facility or building maintenance experience, plus a High School diploma or GED and EPA 608 certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) and/or HVAC certifications.
• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Facilities Managers to receive and prioritize work orders.
• Provide updates and escalate issues to Facilities Managers as needed.
• Respond to emergent facility issues and coordinate vendor support when required.
• Perform hands-on maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Plan and coordinate installations and service with trusted vendors.
• Support building maintenance for ALH and related entities.
• Manage vehicle fleet maintenance and routine servicing.
• Assist operations with installations, furniture assembly, and maintenance reporting.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong system life.
• Document processes and report progress to Operations management.
• Collaborate on security and monitoring of building systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and building system issues.
• Assist with vendor acquisition and scheduling.
• Organize inventories of tools and materials.
• Share after-hours on-call responsibilities within the Facilities Team.
