Job summary

Terros Health is hiring a Full-Time Facilities Technician in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role maintains and repairs the interior and exterior of our facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, doors and safety items.

The Facilities Technician will develop work orders, handle on-call rotations, and coordinate with the Facilities Services Director to support daily operations. Ideal candidates are autonomous, organized, and able to communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across multiple building systems.
• Ability to perform light repairs in plumbing and electrical.
• Familiarity with HVAC and safety program procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect and repair interior, exterior, and surrounding areas.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and ceiling tile repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance and complete work orders on time.
• Respond to on-call rotations and after-hours events.
• Coordinate with Facilities Services Director and report findings.
