Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, lubricating, and cleaning equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, and components.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner.
• Follow maintenance schedules and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
