Job summary

Arizona Liver Health is seeking a Facilities Technician for Chandler, AZ to perform hands-on repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building upkeep. You will collaborate with Facilities Managers, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with vendors. This role supports multiple sites and vehicle fleet maintenance.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, EPA 608 certification, and 3+ years in facility maintenance, with a proactive, safety-conscious approach to work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) is preferred.
• 3+ years of facility/building maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Facilities Managers to assign, prioritize, and review work.
• Provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Perform hands-on repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building upkeep.
• Plan/installations, maintenance, and services with trusted vendors.
• Support maintenance for ALH and related entities and manage fleet maintenance.
• Assist with tasks for operations management and on-site reporting.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactive preventative maintenance.
• Document processes and maintenance records.
