Job summary

Crossroads Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general facility maintenance and upkeep, including painting, plumbing, drywall, pest control, and electrical work.

You will work with facility staff to complete work orders, report issues promptly, and maintain a professional demeanor with clients and vendors. Some outdoor work and local site travel are possible.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and cross train.
• Current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training.
• Current and annual negative TB Test.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Clean MVR if applicable.
• Pass a background check and ADHS check.

Responsibilities

• Work with facility staff to complete facility work orders.
• Alert Maintenance Supervisor/Director of any unusual occurrences or damage.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with clients, vendors, contractors, and staff.
• Perform other duties as required.
