Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Worker in Phoenix to perform a range of facility and equipment upkeep. The role requires strong practical skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The candidate should be physically fit, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and available for alternate shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. On-call work and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years practical experience in the field.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
• Must have a safe driving record as defined by company policy.
• Able to perform duties in adverse weather and be on-call when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors, using plaster or compound to patch minor holes in walls and ceilings.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment.
• Repairing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections of facilities.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing door locks.
• Replacing broken windowpanes.
• Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Other related duties as assigned.
