Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Technician to assist with operation, troubleshooting and repairs on commercial buildings and industrial systems across assigned properties. You will support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This role requires hands-on skills, basic computing and familiarity with building systems.

Qualifications

• This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel & Word).
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (commercial license may be required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and systems.
• Support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks across assigned properties.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Assist with installation/modification of building equipment and finishes.
• Maintain safety and comply with applicable codes and company directives.
