Job summary

Msr-Fsr, LLC is seeking a Facility Technician in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on evaluating and refining site PMs, maintaining PM modules, and supporting new project work. Training will be provided by facilities leaders and engineers to gradually take ownership of tasks.

Key duties include troubleshooting, repairs, 6S shop ownership, waste handling, wastewater system PMs, and titrations. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, early morning shifts with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of handyman tasks such as assembling furniture and painting.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures.
• Able to explain information to technicians, engineers and managers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent safety record and attendance.
• Able to lift 40 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must wear PPE including eye protection and steel-toe shoes.
• Respirator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumption and evaluation of current site production PMs.
• Maintaining the PM Module in IMSXpress.
• Assisting in construction/installation tasks for new projects.
• Develop troubleshooting checklists and respond to properly submitted tickets.
• Perform equipment and building repairs under supervision, advancing to ownership of tasks.
• 6S ownership of Maintenance shop, Compressor room, Electrical Room and WWIX Plant.
• Manage chemical benches and haz waste handling.
• Manage wastewater treatment system PMs.
• TrueChem titrations and bath make ups.
• Site EHS compliance tasks involving waste handling and permitting.
