Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Texas is seeking a Facilities Technician to support maintenance across manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces. You will perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections to keep buildings and equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on facilities experience, understands HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, can read blueprints, and uses work orders to document work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
• Experience using maintenance tracking or work order systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work across various environments (manufacturing floor, warehouse, office).
• Good communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Technical certification in a related trade and OSHA/safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot facility issues across manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies.
• Support manufacturing and warehouse operations with facility infrastructure.
• Maintain maintenance logs and update work orders.
