Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance across a multi-building campus including manufacturing, warehouse and offices. You will supervise Facilities Technicians, drive rapid execution of work orders, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and dock equipment stay fully operational.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or related credentials preferred.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/BMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Facilities Technicians.
• Drive rapid execution of maintenance tasks and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and appearance of facilities.
• Coordinate PMs, resources, and external vendors/contractors as needed.
• Respond to unplanned downtime and optimize building reliability and efficiency.
