Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Maintenance Associate responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the Columbia Station facility. You will work independently to ensure that all equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years in maintenance, and basic computer skills. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends. This role includes diverse duties such as machinery inspections and repairs, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain open to new ideas and changes.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, operates, and/or tests machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Performs routine maintenance on boilers, such as replacing burners or hoses.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Skills

Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree or coursework in a trade, horticulture, or related field
