Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician 4 for a fully onsite Columbus, OH facility. You'll maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, and BAS, ensuring reliable operations in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Facilities Technician 4

Pay: $38 and up

Location: Columbus, OH (southern part)

Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers, and building automation systems (BAS)
• Troubleshoot equipment and building system issues to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on critical facility equipment
• Support general building maintenance, including lighting, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs
• Use CMMS software to manage work orders and maintenance documentation
• Respond to facility emergencies and support safe, reliable operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
• Journeyman-level expertise in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facilities
• Knowledge of BAS, CMMS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, and chillers
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Valid driver's license

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $41.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
