Job summary

Flow is seeking a Facilities Technician Lead in Miami to perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on buildings, industrial systems, and grounds. Under the Facilities Manager, you will monitor building operations, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and apply multiple trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operating and maintaining building equipment.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems.
• Experience working with CMMS or related work order management systems.
• Experience working with Google Chrome, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure equipment operation is within design capabilities and environmental conditions.
• Maintain a well-organized inventory of essential supplies and tools, while proactively ordering materials as needed.
• Drive the preventive maintenance program, ensuring building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
• Identify deficiencies in building equipment and report recommendations to the Facilities Manager.
• Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate and effectively manage preventive maintenance schedules for team members and contractors.
• Meet project deadlines with attention to detail and budget.
