Facilities Maintenance Management is looking for a motivated professional to join as a Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, ensuring the safety of building occupants, and managing Operations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in general maintenance and strong technical skills.

This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM and numerous benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a general maintenance role.
• Ability to perform maintenance-related tasks in the field.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance.
• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling of Facilities Technicians.

Skills
