The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician II for The Reserve at Greensboro in Greensboro, NC. This role handles maintenance requests, preventive tasks, and apartment turnovers, ensuring safety and functionality of building systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA 608, and a valid driver's license. The position includes on-call duties, benefits, and opportunities to work in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or trade school plus 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification and EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of key management and security systems.
• Flexible schedule with ability to travel and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the physical condition of the property per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform physically demanding maintenance to uphold asset condition and safety.
• Operate system monitoring/diagnostics and preventive testing for major building systems.
• Monitor life safety systems: fire pumps, alarms, sprinklers, detectors, and emergency lighting.
• Assist in emergency/disaster preparedness planning.
• Coordinate access, vendor schedules, and daily maintenance assignments with Managers.
